~ Graduation 2009-Sweet Memories ~

It has been quite a tiring day for me and at the same time, a memorable one. Yeah...but hey, it is graduation...D-day whereby most of us dressed to their best, looking handsome for guys and pretty for girls. Some even woke up as early as 5.00 a.m. just to set their hair...lol. ( Jia Jia, Suan Zi and Sin Theen). The event was pretty much like a some sort of final reunion or gathering for all of us before we head on to our exams. This also marks the end of our 'schooling days' in Cochrane, filling up with memories that most of us here will cherish for the rest of our lives. I just could not forget the times I had together with my besties- GITP, Tony, Chanly, Wai Nam, Debbie, Joey Ong and etc...man, time really flies for all of us. To me, five years in secondary school seemed to short for me. It is like just a blink of an eye, I am in form 5 and graduating from high school...wow...that's really fast. Time flies when we were having fun...tat is what I can say...hehe.

Haih....why is the connection so darn SLOW???!!!!

This is what I called 'Malaysia Boleh'...yeah indeed...it took  me 5 minutes to load a bleedy page...geezz, whats wrong with TM?? No wonderlah always got complaints from many users....haih.Sometimes I also thought of changing my mine on switching to another broadband service company...which claimed to provide better speed....

That means I will have to really buck up and improve on my weaknesses...still got time...last minutely....lol. STRESS!!! well, it is part of it....normal. Can I make it?? Duh...of course I can!!!!

~ Day Out With Buddies ~

Ahh...a great time with my buddies...it has been a long time I have not been out with my friends to TS. Yeap, although SPM is just around the corner, but I still take this chance for an outing as to relax myself....hey, life is not all about studying, memorising facts and flicking through thick books for hours right?? Even so, I cannot be like that for 24/7....I will be cuckoo or probably will not even recognise my own name...lol. Come on la, all work no play makes one a DULL boy or girl....

Ok yeah, went out with Chanly, She Mei, Tony, Jolyn and my bro....yeap just the few of us. The funny thing is, the organiser last minutely pull out due to some reasons la...but hey dude (GITP) your missing all the fun though...haha. Joking la, just to make you feel jealous....haha. Btw, GITP, although you are not around, thanks for organising this outing...all of us enjoyed it. 

Went there early because gotta follow my dad's car....read finish The Sun Newspaper to kill time...I mean what can i do? I have an hour and a half dude...haha. Erm...yeah, read and read...went to Borders....read again. Then, met up with the two girls, Jo and SM..and later Tony and Chanly showed up. The queue was freaking long leh....I cannot believe it. It is before noon and crowd was like wooh....haha. Watched 'Tsunami'...not bad, quite touching at the end, hilarious at certain parts. Chanly in particular and the girls were hiding their faces at interesting parts...like when the waves about to sweep the place( Na..something, cant remember)...haha. After that, they went on for a second round...watched "Where Got Ghost?", I chose to have lunch and did not join them for the second round. Coz I planned to play bowling with my bro...

Had lunch at 'Old Town White Coffee'..their set lunch sucks...service-poor, taste- so so, quantity and price- not worth eating again. Ate nasi goreng kampung...finished within 10 minutes. Later, went window shopping with my bro as the bowling alley rates were ridiculously high...man, for a student rate is RM3.50. According to the cashier, he said that the student rate only applicable after the 27th. WTH!!! This means the Ampang Super Bowl targets and take advantage on us teenagers particularly just to get maximum profit out of us during this school holiday. RM7...RM7!!!! WTF??!!! I rather spend it on food...

After their movie, went to yum cha and chit chat...

~ Italiano Craze~

One of the things that i like the most about holidays is the chance to sink my teeth into some good and mouth-watering delicacies....that means " makan- makan and makan!!"..lol

This time around, both of my parents brought us for some AUTHENTIC some kind of fine dining Italian Food....air liur sedang meleleh now....haha, well, of course this is my first time eating the real, genuine stuff and not those commercialised Pizza Hut or Dominoes thing...but the authentic one. 

Just one question, how can you classify Italian food as authentic?? According to my mum's Italian Restaurant Guide, it needs to fulfill certain criterias which is :

+ the use of correct ingredients- either imported from Italy or subsitutes that provide similiar results

+ cooking methods- revealed through how the ingredients are cooked and put together

+ an Italian owner or chef- according to the book, this factor helps to ensure some degree of authenticity...haha.

Ahh yes, the restaurant that we have visited is 'Chiaroscuro trattoria pizzeria' which is located at Jalan Bedara, off Jalan Nagasari ( behind Istana Hotel). Yeap, that is the place....the place is pretty cozy and a feeling of 'Italy' with the aroma and scent from the kitchen...smell of pizzas and pastas...how memorable it is...haha.

It has quite a wide range of choices in their menus and most of us have to seek recommendations from the owner herself because there are a lot of italian terms which basically all of us would not even imagine how does it look like..haha, unless you have tried it before la. Sadly, I could not take pictures of their food there. It is written there " No photographing Without Permission", so what can I say man. I've asked their permission but they still insist on letting me to have a few snaps...how 'pah pai'...haih. Ohh well, i've managed to get a few shots outside...haha.

The Kitchen..where magic things happen...boom...out comes the food...lol.

The Baguette was great...not too hard and tough- (the Tesco Extra type)..haha, but soft and you will never stop dipping it into the olive oil and sun-dried tomatoes...they are indeed tasty...

This is our appetizer(the exact)...it is called ' Traditional Eggplant Parmigiana'...this is the one I like the most...wanted a second helping but...I thought of saving up my stomach for the main course...lol.

This is a sample of what is like the ' Parigina Pizza'....it has tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, button mushrooms, cooked ham...not bad at all, it is not even oily!!

NOW comes the main course....

This is their speciality..which is the 'House baked seafood spaghetti'...it is wrapped in a dough and baked in the traditional oven for a while....inside there are lots of seafood like mussels, clamps, prawns, scallops, squids and baby octopus. This is my main highlight....it is seriously delicious.

Next, we had 'Roasted whole spring chicken stuffed with Mediterranean vegetables and bacon bits'. It is some sort of stuffed chicken...loving it for sure...

They are also famous for their clamps but our stomach is too full, so probably next time la... 

Desserts....not forgetting.

Yeap...Chiaroscuro Tiramisu....not bad, quite good. This tiramisu is different though, it contains alcohol, infact actual tiramisu contains alcohol...that's this is called authentic. Tiramisu without alcohol are actually FAKE tiramisus....

And...finally, we had some Strawberry Vanilla Tart...this is not the actual picture la but it is almost similiar to that...haha.

And that's for now, I will continue venturing into more delectable delicasies from time to time, doing what I do best wish is MAKAN!!! haha....chows =)

I really thinks that he deserves it...he has been a fool making a fool of himself in front of the world...not feeling shame. This is what I called a 'brainless' artist....btw, who listens to Kanye?? His songs sucks...cannot even get the meaning at all...suits his attitude...lol.

~ Relieved ~

Ahhhh....finally I can get some good sleep at night!!! Hahax...because today marks the end of our trials...woohooo!! Owh wait, we still have Pendidikan Sivik dan Kewarganegaraan right??....ahh never mind who cares about it anyway...unless you are hoping to get a book prize for it la. Anyway, I really do not think that it is rational to have all these unimportant subjects to fill in our time table, and i mean 'test'. It is just plainly a waste of time and the fact is, only a handful of them will score....i don't give a damn...infact no one does.

I think our school choose to have it just to be extra ordinary....konon wanna join cluster school...lol. Well, at least our beloved principal has something to brag about other than bragging on our physical structure of our school (got lift and 7 floors)...lol. Now, she can say...well we give our students PJK and PSK tests, do you? . Speaking of our principal, this video clip reminds me of her....you know that word "N1H1" yeah...thats right. Remember guys??...haha we were laughing back then when she gave a speech on the other day.

Overall, I would say that the trials is pretty ok la...some subjects are pretty tough though, eg. add maths and accounts....haha. Probably lack of preparation kua...tats why I really need to bang hard on all the question during the holidays....haih. That means, more hair loss....haha.

Although I agreed that most of his songs are a bit er...not my cup of coffee, but i think that it is pretty catchy la. I knew that GITP will certainly disagree with it...haha. Remember in Bio class where we need to do our presentation on nutrition?? haha.

Oh well, trials has not been towards my liking this time as i certainly think that I did pretty badly in my add maths....haih. I left one question blank in section B and some other few questions....due to time constrain. I really do not know what to hope for my results....well, fingers-crossed, lets hope for the best lorr. After trials, I seriously need to bang hard on all the questions. 

Trials....trails....really taxing on my body. Lack of sleep everyday. FYI, I had 2 pots of 'Kaw-kaw' Chinese tea yesterday and it really kept me awake until 3am. Haih...what to do? It is sejarah...haha.No choice, the only way is to cram it all into my head and hopefully it can stay put in there for quite some time till the paper starts. Seen many pandas (due to lack of sleep) these few days, namely jia jia and Debbie....lol. I just cannot believe that Debbie had actually sleep approximately 45 minutes in our Science paper 2 exam....hahaa.

One more week to go, and it is getting tougher by the day but eventually it will end. More topics to study as next week will be pretty heavy for us....when it overs, I will certainly treasure and enjoy my sleep...haha. Probably hibernate for a few days...
